Vitamin E and Biotin are the other two vital ingredients in this non-greasy eyelash and eyebrow serum that is known to help reduce hair fall and revitalizes hair follicles. Regular application of this serum on the eyelashes and eyebrows may help to stimulate hair growth, reduce hair fall, itchy skin while promoting thick brows and voluminous lashes.
