Product Description : In Arunachal - on the foothills of the Himalayas, overlooking the snow clad peaks, are the mesmerizing tea gardens, where the sun shines like powdered gold. In such beauty, our tea pluckers practice the ancient science of Vrikshayurveda, and produce teas in the most organic way. The leaves are plucked at the crack of dawn and steamed immediately to arrest fermentation which is the secret of its elegant green colour. Then the leaves are rolled in 16” mini rollers without applying any weight. The leaves get laced with the juices under their own weight, in the well of the rolling table, keeping them unblemished. Then the rolled teas are dried at 80-85°C very slowly in tray dryers for over 2 hours. Thereafter, the Azaya Rose teas are sent to an organic farm of the Pink City “Jaipur”, where at sunrise, organic rose petals are mixed with the tea leaves and stored underground for 10-15 days. Here, the fragrance is shared between the rose petals and the tea leaves. What's in the name, you ask? The thoughtfulness that has gone into making these leaves, which in all fairness, justifies the name "Azaya" its Sanskrit synonym!

How to use : Add 1 heaped teaspoon (2 Grams) of tea to 200ml of Boiling Water. Brew for 2 Minutes. Strain the tea leaves and transfer to a cup. Your Hot Cup of Tea is Ready!
